Returns & Refund Policy

At Little Living Things, we stand behind the quality of our pet products. If you or your furry friend are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your item was delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

1. How to Initiate a Return

To ensure your return is processed quickly and sent to the correct location, you must contact us first at support@littlelivingthings.com.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or the address on the shipping label. We utilize a global network of fulfillment centers, and our team will provide you with the specific return warehouse address based on your region and the item type.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • In the original packaging.

  • Free of pet hair, dander, or odors (for hygiene and safety reasons).

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, we will provide a full refund or a free replacement at no cost to you.
To process this, we require:

  1. A photo or video of the damaged/incorrect item.

  2. A photo of the shipping label on the package.
    Please email these details to support@littlelivingthings.com within 7 days of delivery.

4. Change of Mind & Sizing

If you wish to return an item because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size:

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse team, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

6. Lost Packages

If your tracking information has not updated for more than 20 business days, please contact us. We will investigate with the carrier and, if the package is confirmed lost, we will issue a full refund or a replacement.
